Terrible Customer Service!! Was missing an item from a large order. I had spent several hundreds of dollars in just a couple weeks with this company. This was the first and only issue I had with any of my orders. The company fought with me for days over this item and refused to send me the item I didn’t get. They were very argumentative over this and they said they put it in the box and it was my fault and to contact the shipping company on my own. I caution anyone that might experience a problem with their order to choose another brand. They do not take care of their customers and save yourself the hassle.

Paid over $40 just for a $100 package to get to Canada. $20 in their shipping fees, and then a surprise almost $21 in taxes and import fees upon arrival that I HAD to pay before they would deliver the package. They kept telling me that I had to contact DHL and just say “it shouldn’t be that much.” My 3 options were: 1. Pay the ridiculous fees 2. Return the order but lose the $20 I had already paid in shipping. Or 3. Use a “10% off code for my next order.” What? So I could pay ANOTHER almost $41 for mediocre clothing to get here? They don’t give a s*** as long as they get paid that’s all that matters.

Received no seal can of the protein, found a piece of paper in it as well, customer support responded quick and professional way. So they re-send me a new one. I will come back and shop more in the future.

I never write Trust Pilot reviews, but I am blown away with the service of Muscle Nation! And the clothes of course. I live in Spain, and the order comes from Australia, so it took me a bit to decide to order. But now I received my clothes, and it looks is good and I so comfortable. A long the way Muscle Nation team, have been the best support. They have answered my messages the most polite way. They contacted DHL for me, when my order was on hold in Germany to see what is going on. And after they are following up on you, if you are happy! If you think about ordering, dont hesitate! Highly recommend! ????
